Vertical Scrolling Pages

Vertical scrolling pages allows you to create pages that are taller than the standard 1004 pixels (portrait ) 748 pixels (landscape) dimensions so that the page can be vertically scrolled.

How to set up Vertical Scrolling Pages

  • In InDesign, open "Document Setup" (File > Document Setup) in the height field change this to what ever height you required.
  • If your page size is in multiples, (i.e. 748+748+748) 2244 pixels, when scrolling down the page, the page will snap to the next page*.

  • If you do not work in multiples the page will scroll down with a smooth action.
  • Any pages over 4000px in height could have performance issues, deepening on content.
