1.  Open Xcode from your Application Folder

2. Open "Application Loader" in Xcode by clicking Xcode> Open Developer Tool> Application Loader

3. Sign in to the Application Loader with your iTunes Connect account and click on the Next button. 

4. Click on the button "Deliver Your App"

5. Select you App from the drop down menu by click choose.
Note: The App display in the list are only the one with the status "Waiting for Upload" in iTunes Connect.

5. Select "Choose" to upload the build (.ipa file) you would like to upload
6. Click "send" to submit your build to Apple. This will then send the .ipa file to iTunes Connect.
7. Once complete you will see a 'Thank You' message.
